About ME

Let me help you sleep through the night!

Dear Parents,

I am Stacilyn, a seasoned professional with a lifelong passion for infant care. At the age of 16, I began my journey as a live-in nanny while concurrently training as an Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic Assistant. I furthered my education in college, graduating with dual majors in Marine Science and Biology, and minoring in Early Childhood Education and Chemistry.

With over 30 years of experience in infant care, my expertise in sleep training was largely shaped by my personal experience as a mother to a premature, special needs child. His arrival into the world was challenging, and his persistent demand for nursing every 45 minutes, day and night, initiated my quest for effective sleep solutions.

Despite the plethora of sleep literature and videos available at the time, I found no respite for his restless nights. This challenge was further compounded by the presence of my older daughter, who was just 20 months at the time, and my own battle with severe postpartum depression, all in the absence of a support system. Over the first decade of my son's life, I continually adapted and refined sleep routines to accommodate his changing needs.

This personal experience, coupled with extensive professional training in various sleep methodologies and theories, has enabled me to develop a unique sleep program that I now offer to parents in need. Motivated by a deep-seated desire to support fellow parents, I have pursued and continue to update my professional training and certifications. To date, I have accumulated over 10,000+ hours of 4th Trimester postpartum care experience since obtaining my certifications.

I am committed to providing you with comprehensive support during the crucial fourth trimester and beyond. Working full-time, often exceeding regular hours, I am dedicated to addressing your specific needs and guiding you towards a well-rested and harmonious family life.

TO SAY:

"Stacilyn has been a true blessing to our family as a night nanny. Before she was even hired, she volunteered to install his car seats in our cars and more. She has truly treated and loved him like her own and made our transition to parenthood much smoother than it would have been. She is genuinely helpful from tackling laundry, to waking me when I oversleep, and sending sweet pictures. Having her to allow us some uninterrupted hours of sleep a few nights a week was the most incredible investment. She also has taught us a ton of tricks and tips for managing a baby. We wouldn't have survived without her and will absolutely use her for future children if she is available!"

-Megan H.

"Stacilyn is a very experienced child care specialist. She came to our rescue when we were having a heard time caring for our sick newborn. Stacilyn was available to us at a moment's notice and took charge of the situation and helped us out.  We are so glad to have found Stacillyn and will definitely use her skill and expertise in future whenever the need arises.

Stacilyn is a very loving caregiver who shows love and affection to our children like they are her own.  She is always punctual (even a little early).  I never have to worry while my kids are in her care.  Being a mom herself, she is beyond competent, and we appreciate her understanding of children with special needs.
